A series of twelve story buildings of approximately 125 dwelling units each for low income elderly in the Bronx and Brooklyn. Each of the buildings includes full dining and common facilities for the use of the residents. The Brooklyn grouping of three buildings provides for special landscaped sitting area and recreation facilities for elderly use. All buildings are of masonry bearing wall and concrete plank design. These buildings where built under the auspices of the HUD 202 program for Not-for-Profit sponsors.
