A new 115 units residential building located along the Webster Avenue corridor in the Bronx. The units are divided approx 50/50 between traditional Affordable Housing units and Supportive Housing units. The project is a joint venture partnership between B & B Supportive Housing and Concern for Independent Living Inc.. The project provides for on premises supportive services and a relatively large contingent of common recreational space for the residents. A large solar array is designed to handle the max load of all common space electric usage.
