A large scale residential complex on a fifty acre environmentally sensitive site in Staten Island NY providing 340 dwelling units of various types and sizes 160 of which will be Assisted Living, and 14,500 SF of community center facilities. All the proposed new development is tightly clustered at the back corner of the site, to preserve the majority of the site as open space. One of the buildings includes apartment facilities for a NYS DOH Licensed Assisted Living Facility for low income residents. The project is sited on a parcel which has dual designations as both a landmark district and a natural area preservation district.
